Club Discussion! How do we all feel about bases? They're out there to use, and I know some of you only use bases, but for the purposes of a club it doesn't seem.... proper to use a doll or base. I'd like to know what you all think on this, and take a vote on whether or not to allow submissions that used a base. So, voting options, 1) All bases accepted. 2) Some bases accepted, but it has to be more than just a hair and eye color change. This means a lot more detail and work on the base users' part. 3) No bases accepted ever.
I'm setting option 2 as the defult, so if y'all don't vote then that's the new policy.

URGENT REMINDER: All members please send your votes and submissions via Note to ~SailorSun546 It doesn't matter if I know you in person or here on dA, it's easier on all of us if you just follow the rules. It's seriously not that hard, and you'll have less of a wait to see your work posted here, because I don't check this guild every day.

Current Event: No voting on themes this month because it's October! Halloween is the theme. Your excitement is overwhelming, non? ..... No, okay whatever, just go check out the Contest/Themes Journal, m'kay? XD Also, as you may have read above, I'm setting up a debate over bases, so please read the options and send your vote in.

For those of you who don’t know what Heattagshipping is, it is the fan speculated pairing between Dawn (Hikari) and Conway (Kouhei) in the Pokemon Anime.
